We loved the kids club and the staff there were so nice we liked the design and great Lucy

One thing was a bit disappointing was that there wasn’t sun around the sunbeds

We sent some cloths to the laundry unfortunately 2 pieces was not washed as it should washed The Hotel tried to fix it by washing it again didn’t work At the end the Hotel offers us a free transportation to our next destination

Great staff. Great facility. Very comfy. The pickup from airport was delayed 30 minutes but the hotel manager gave me a complimentary delivery to the airport when I checked out. It was very nice from the hotel management. For sure I will choice this hotel again

I had the most prominent and amazing holiday in Mövenpick Myth Patong. From the first day we’ve been greeted by the amazing reception stuff with some refreshing towel and drinks , especially the hotel manager Mr. Christian whom was a big help to provide us an upgrade room in a high floor due to our wedding anniversary and upgraded us as well with an a complement of a daily free coffe to the end of our stay coz of one simple misunderstand when we placed our order through Booking.com The breakfast was amazing with all what your heart can desire , from a huge continental breakfast to a la carte orders of warm dishes straight from the kitchen stuff, fresh prepared juices, herbal tea,.. I would say it’s most spectacular breakfast I and my wife we ever had in a 5 * hotel til the date. the morning service was lovely and the stuff were always there for you when you ask for some thing with a big smile on their faces. The cleaning mades did a wonderful job by changing the sheets every single day and the cleaning was 10/10. The hotel have such a beautiful architecture, perfectly designed and decorated and the marble is one of the main materials used to add an extraordinary charm every where you go especially in the reception area and in the rooms. The atmosphere reflected by he warm family’s and friendly feeling you sense when are around. We had an amazing stay and we made a nice connection with the lovely stuff working in the hotel . We will for sure go back to Mōvenpick in our next stay in Phuket and we will recommend this hotel to any one whom would like to have a relaxing holiday in an amazing hotel in Patong /Phuket. The isolation was bad - you can easily hear your neighbors going in and out very clearly. This is disturbing.
